This juicer has a 3″ feed tube, regardless of what is posted elsewhere. If someone believes a 1/2″ in difference in what’s posted here, makes a difference, it doesn’t. The main feature of this juicer is the additional wattage power of the motor to churn out juice, (pineapple gets fed into the chute with the skin on) plus it’s ability to make smoothies. If you set up a routine on making your juice and cleaning the juicer while you sip your juice in the morning……it’s a great thing to have fresh, non-processed juice, and feel good about what you’re ingesting and taking care of yourself. Line the pulp bin with a cheap, twist tie, one gallon bag and scrape the pulp into the bag, place the trimmings into the bag, remove the bag from the bin, twist tie and place it in the garbage. Simple. My favorite smoothie is a banana, two kiwi, blueberries and the addition of yogurt. The yogurt gets poured into the feed tube as it saves me the time of mixing it into the mix.

This juicer is just a pleasure to use, great quality, great look, easy to clean, i use it 5-6 times a day. If you are looking for a quality juicer don’t look any longer just buy it, its worth every penny and it is not expensive for what you getting from it. After much research to find the perfect juicer for my household, I chose the Breville Dual Disc. I’ve wanted a juicer for a few years now, but didn’t have the funds necessary to invest in a product that would be worth my while. After watching the documentary, “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead,” I learned more about the Breville juicers and decided to take the leap! I chose the more expensive model more so in part for it’s higher motor speed. It’s easy to take apart and clean. It looks glorious and beastly (in a good way) sitting on my counter! Every juice I’ve made since the day I bought it has been delicious and healthy! My favorite is Green Lemonade! 4 apples, 2 lemons, 3 stalks of celery, 2 handfuls of spinach or kale and a chunk of ginger! I feel healthier on the inside and out! Great product!
